Was du mitbringst

- Abgeschlossener Handwerksberuf

- Technisches Verständnis

- Gründliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Handwerkliches Geschick

- MS-Office Kenntnisse

- Führerschein B erforderlich

- Erfahrung in dieser oder ähnlichen Position

- Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich

Was du tun wirst

- Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Geschäftsbetrieb in der technischen Abteilung

- Sicherstellung der Wartung und Instandhaltung aller technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen

- Planung und Koordination kleinerer Wartungs- und Renovierungsprojekte

- Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparatur Plänen sowie deren Überwachung und Umsetzung

- Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Budgetierung der Kosten für Wartung, Instandhaltung und Energie

- Überwachung und Einhaltung der genehmigten Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsbudgets

- Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungsbegehungen

- Verantwortung für die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer digitalen Stammdaten Listen im Facility Management

- Einhaltung Sicherheitsstandards

- Durchführung von sonstigen Sommer- und Winterdienstarbeiten in der geregelten Arbeitszeit

- Täglicher Rundgang zur Mängelerkennung und Behebung

- Durchführung von Notfallschulungen
