Deine Rolle im Team

Deine Aufgaben als technischer Allrounder umfassen sowohl die regelmäßige Wartung, Betreuung sowie Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen als auch die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit und Brandschutz bei uns im Haus. Des Weiteren koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Firmen, begleitest Umbauarbeiten und unterstützt in der Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen. Die Übernahme eines Bereitschaftsdienstes in einem festen Rotationsplan sowie bei entsprechender zusätzlicher Vergütung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.

Das solltest du dafür mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder HKLS)

* Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Facility Management, Servicetechnik, Elektro- oder HKLS Installateur von Vorteil

* Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten (Ausbildung kann nachgeholt werden)

* Ausbildung zum Aufzugswart (Ausbildung kann nachgeholt werden)

* PC-Grundkenntnisse

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Umsetzungsstärke

* Zielorientierung, Flexibilität, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Führerschein B
