Wir die Firma Black Point Immobilientreuhand, suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Hausverwaltungsbüro eine(n) engagierte(n) und zuverlässige 1 Hausverwalter/in Arbeitsort:

* Mittergasse 21, 5760 Saalfelden oder

* Gasteiner Straße 78, 5500 Bischofshofen

Arbeitsbeginn:

* ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Arbeitszeit:

* Jahresanstellung

* Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab ca. 20 Wochenstunden nach Vereinbarung möglich

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Ansprechperson für Mieter_innen und Eigentümer_innen

* Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Zustands der betreuten Gebäude

* Abrechnung der Betriebskosten

* Durchführung von Wohnungsübernahmen und Wohnungsübergaben

* Bearbeitung von Mieteranfragen und Beschwerden

* Organisation und Moderation von Hausversammlungen

* Koordination von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Technisches Verständnis sowie rechtliche Grundkenntnisse, insbesondere im MRG und WEG

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Professionelles Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Konfliktlösungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Organisationsgeschick sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B
