HAVENBEVEILIGER september 2, 2026 HAVENBEVEILIGER Op basis van contract of ZZP CRUISE PORT ROTTERDAM Bij Cruise Port Rotterdam wordt je onderdeel van het gastvrij en professioneel begeleiden van passagiers, crew en officieren van de cruiseschepen die ons mooie Rotterdam aandoen. De historische Cruise Terminal in het hart van Rotterdam op de Wilhelminapier, is ons thuis. Jaarlijks ontvangen we zo'n 135- 150 cruiseschepen met 500.000 passagiers en juist daarom heeft Cruise Port Rotterdam een sterke focus op gastvrijheid en service. Medewerkers staan centraal zodat we gezamenlijk met plezier gastvrijheid tot leven brengen óók in samenwerking binnen het team (alle leeftijden), want iedereen telt. Het overzien en bijdragen aan een effectief, servicegericht en gastvrij verloop in en om de terminal is de rode draad in alles wat we doen. WERKZAAMHEDEN, kort toegelicht Een Havenbeveiliger zorgt in gezamenlijkheid voor de veiligheid en beveiliging (ISPS) in en rond de Cruise Terminal. Dit wordt gedaan door middel van toegangscontroles, 100% security screening en surveilleren. Daarnaast is het service element in de Cruise Terminal van groot belang. De bezoeker dient niet alleen goed gecontroleerd te worden, maar is ook op vakantie. Werkzaamheden in hoofdpunten: - Het beveiligen van de havenfaciliteit (incl. Surveillance en patrouilles) - Toezicht houden op het ISPS-gebied (incl. CCTV) - Uitvoeren van 100% security controle van passagiers en crew - Doorstroming tijdens 100% security controle in de terminal mede in de gaten houden. - Het volgen van protocollen en regelgeving WENSEN voor samenwerking - - Passie voor gastvrijheid en service - Omgang met service- en beveiligingsuitdagingen is voor jou geen probleem - Je bent een teamspeler - Enthousiast, gemotiveerd om te leren, gastvrij en verantwoordelijk - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Representatieve uitstraling - Je bent flexibel in tijd - Werken in verschillende...
