In de haven van Vlissingen zoeken wij een nieuwe havenwerker. Jij krijgt een afwisselende baan waar je veel leert over logistiek. Functieomschrijving Als havenwerker zorg jij voor het laden van zeeschepen en binnenvaartschepen. Dit doe je met grote machines. Je controleert vrachten die uit vrachtwagens komen. Daarna laad je deze goederen met de heftruck in de schepen. Ook doe je ruimwerk aan boord van de schepen. Je houdt het terrein in de haven netjes en schoon. Je werkt met veel soorten bulkgoederen. Deze komen aan per schip, vrachtwagen of via het spoor. Jouw werk is heel precies. Je let altijd goed op de veiligheid tijdens het laden. Zo zorg jij dat het proces in de haven soepel verloopt.
