Bij Marfo maken we iedere dag smaakvolle maaltijden voor klanten in de luchtvaart, zorg, retail en foodservice. Dat doen we samen met een team van betrokken en enthousiaste collega's. Samen zorgen we voor kwaliteit, innovatie en tevreden klanten. Bij ons krijg je de ruimte om te leren, jezelf te ontwikkelen en praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Hoe is je nieuwe werkplek en wie zijn je collega's? Als afstudeerder maak je deel uit van onze HR-afdeling, bestaande uit de HR Manager, HR Adviseur, HR Specialist, Opleidingscoördinator en HR Officer. Tijdens jouw afstudeerstage voer je een onderzoek uit binnen de HR-afdeling. Op basis van de resultaten formuleer je een passende onderzoeksvraag en werk je een afstudeeronderzoek uit waarmee je een bijdrage levert aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HR binnen Marfo. Wat ga je doen? - Onderzoeken van een actueel HR-gerelateerd vraagstuk; - Verzamelen en analyseren van relevante data; - In gesprek gaan met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en andere stakeholders; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen processen, beleid of organisatieontwikkeling; - Opstellen van een onderbouwd advies en implementatievoorstel; - Meelopen binnen de organisatie om voldoende praktijkinzichten op te doen voor jouw onderzoek. Dit staat op het boodschappenlijstje van Marfo en je collega's: - Je volgt een Hbo-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, Business Studies of een vergelijkbare studie; - Je bevindt je in de afstudeerfase van je opleiding; - Je hebt affiniteit met organisatieontwikkeling, HR-vraagstukken en procesverbeteri...
