Tijdens deze hbo-meewerkstage bij NN Group werk je mee aan uiteenlopende events: van Running en Kunst en Cultuur tot strategische bijeenkomsten voor medewerkers en management. Je kijkt mee achter de schermen, denkt mee in de voorbereiding en helpt op momenten waarop alles samenkomt. Voor de periode begin februari tot en met half juli 2027 zoeken wij een enthousiaste en praktische stagiair die graag wil leren hoe het eventvak werkt. Je komt terecht in een klein, betrokken team dat events organiseert voor verschillende interne opdrachtgevers. Onze events zijn fysiek, hybride of online. Wat je gaat doen Je ontdekt hoe een idee uitgroeit tot een professioneel event. Je leert aanvragen vertalen naar concrete plannen, samenwerken met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers en overzicht houden tot en met de uitvoering. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om vragen te stellen, initiatief te nemen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te pakken. Zo doe je waardevolle praktijkervaring op én ontdek je waar jouw talent ligt binnen het eventvak. Geen dag is hetzelfde in Event Marketing. Als stagiair draai je vanaf het begin actief mee in het team en krijg je de kans om bij verschillende events achter de schermen én op locatie mee te werken. Je helpt ideeën om te zetten in concrete plannen, houdt overzicht in de voorbereiding en ziet tijdens events direct het resultaat van jullie werk. Stap voor stap krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en leer je hoe je een professioneel event soepel laat verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Meedenken tijdens intakegesprekken en projectmeetings: wat is het doel van het event, wie is de doelgroep en wat is er nodig om er een sterke ervar...
