Bezig met laden... Hbo-onderzoekstage ICT bij Toeslagen Hoe helpt jouw ICT-kennis de systemen achter huur-, zorg- en kinderopvangtoeslag verder? Dat ontdek je bij de afdeling Toeslagen van de directie Informatievoorziening van de Belastingdienst. Tijdens deze hbo-onderzoeksstage in Apeldoorn werk je aan een actueel ICT-vraagstuk met directe impact op onze dienstverlening. Je kiest zelf uit drie onderzoeksopdrachten die aansluiten bij verschillende interesses binnen het ICT-vakgebied. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan een resultaat dat direct gebruikt kan worden binnen de organisatie. - Reageer t/m 16 november 2026 Dit doe je tijdens je stage Ruim tweehonderd professionals ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren de software die nodig is voor de uitvoering van verschillende toeslagen. Je voert jouw onderzoeksopdracht uit binnen een van de teams van de afdeling Toeslagen. Elke opdracht biedt eigen technische uitdagingen en mogelijkheden om jouw ICT-kennis verder te ontwikkelen en toe te passen in de praktijk. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen het team en, afhankelijk van de opdracht, ook met andere afdelingen. Daarnaast kun je aansluiten bij bijeenkomsten binnen de directie Informatievoorziening, zodat je een goed beeld krijgt van het werk binnen de directie IV. 1. Grip op softwarelicenties Je onderzoekt hoe de afdeling het beheer van softwarelicenties centraal kan organiseren. Je brengt het huidige gebruik in kaart en onderzoekt mogelijkheden voor automatisering. Ook vergelijk je beschikbare oplossingen en onderzoek je hoe deze aansluiten op onze ICT-systemen. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen ideeën en levert een concreet advies voor een toekomstbestendige inrichting van Software Asset Management. 2. Documentatie vinden met Artificial Intelligence Je onderzoekt hoe de afdeling verspreide documentatie eenvoudiger toegankelijk kan maken met behulp van AI.
