We zijn een sterke en betrouwbare partner voor dealers en assembleurs in ruim 34 landen. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt bij verzuim en houdt de personeelsadministratie bij; - Je werkt mee aan werving en onboarding en helpt nieuwe medewerkers op weg; - Je voert gesprekken met medewerkers en bespreekt belangrijke HR-zaken; - Je draagt bij aan HR-projecten en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt; - Je analyseert HR-processen en bedenkt verbeteringen voor meer efficiëntie; - Je helpt bij interne communicatie en organiseert activiteiten voor medewerkers. Hoe ziet solliciteren eruit? Het is natuurlijk prettig om te weten wat je te wachten staat als je interesse hebt in één van onze vacatures.
