Dan hebben wij een mooie stageplek voor jou binnen het Sociaal Domein van Gemeente Rijssen-Holten. Of je nu graag meedenkt over beleid, praktijkervaring wilt opdoen of juist een onderzoek wilt uitvoeren: bij ons krijg je de ruimte om te leren, mee te werken én impact te maken! Dit ga je doen als HBO-Stagiair Beleid Sociaal Domein Als Stagiair binnen het Beleidsteam werk je mee aan actuele vraagstukken die inwoners direct raken. Afhankelijk van jouw opleiding, interesses en leerdoelen kijken we samen welke werkzaamheden het beste bij jou passen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld: - meelopen met beleidsmedewerkers en ervaren hoe beleid tot stand komt; - helpen bij het voorbereiden van overleggen en bijeenkomsten; - informatie verzamelen en analyseren; - bijdragen aan projecten binnen het Sociaal Domein; - een onderzoek uitvoeren naar een actueel maatschappelijk vraagstuk; - meewerken aan opdrachten rondom het VraagPlein of andere gemeentelijke dienstverlening. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende kanten van het gemeentelijke werk te ontdekken. Dit is jouw nieuwe team Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt nauw samen met een betrokken en enthousiast team vanuit beleid en het VraagPlein dat middenin het sociaal domein staat. Werkinhoudelijk willen de teams een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de inwoners van Rijssen-Holten. Beleid ontwikkelen en dienstverlener zijn dat impact heeft op inwoners en de samenleving daar draait het om. Om dat te bereiken zijn beide teams verbinder tussen onze organisatie, onze partners en de gemeenschap.
