Als onze Duty Management Trainee ben jij de drijvende kracht achter soepele hotel operaties en zorg je ervoor dat elke gast een onvergetelijke ervaring beleeft. Wat ga je doen? Met 315 hotelkamers, 20 vergaderzalen, een stijlvolle hotelbar en een groot restaurant is er bij Hotel Haarlem altijd iets te doen. Als Duty Management Trainee word je in alle afdelingen opgeleid voordat je leidinggevende rollen op je neemt.Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze afdelingshoofden, brengt structuur in de drukte en biedt ondersteuning waar dat het hardst nodig is. Gastvrijheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Waar je ook bent, jij zorgt ervoor dat elke gast zich welkom voelt en geniet van een topverblijf. Dit doe je door: - Het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor gasten met vragen of zorgen: jij biedt een luisterend oor en lost problemen met een glimlach op. - Proactief problemen op te lossen voordat ze ontstaan: jij denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft verlopen. - VIP's en gasten te begeleiden naar hun suites: jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich extra welkom en speciaal voelen. - Toezicht te houden op de operaties door duty shifts te draaien en kwaliteit te waarborgen: jij houdt alles strak in de gaten en grijpt in waar nodig. - Het management te ondersteunen met belangrijke projecten: jij draagt bij aan de groei en verbetering van onze organisatie.
