Als onze Front Office Management Stagiair(e) zorg jij ervoor dat het team elke gast met een glimlach verwelkomt en hun bezoek aan Haarlem onvergetelijk maakt. Wat ga je doen? Met 315 hotelkamers is Hotel Haarlem een van de grootste hotels in Nederland en dat voel je! Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je continu schakelt tussen administratieve en leidinggevende taken. Maar je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Jij bent de rechterhand van onze Front Office Manager en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het team het gezicht van het hotel is. Jullie staan altijd klaar om vragen en verzoeken van gasten te beantwoorden en streven naar een topgastervaring. Jij doet dat door: - Reserveringen te maken na het controleren van beschikbaarheid in het systeem: jij zorgt ervoor dat elke gast een fijne plek krijgt. - Vragen van gasten en collega's te beantwoorden: je geeft duidelijke uitleg en reageert altijd warm en professioneel. - Klachten af te handelen: jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast met een glimlach vertrekt. - Te communiceren met externe partners, agents en interne afdelingen: jij zorgt voor een soepele coördinatie en een vlekkeloze service. - Toezicht te houden, trainen, motiveren en inspireren van medewerkers: jij geeft het goede voorbeeld en haalt het beste uit je team. - Medewerkers aan te sturen: je zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gesteund, gemoti...
