Bij Topaz Overrhyn staan we aan de start van een transitie waarbij het gebouw wordt verbouwd en er ook wordt gekeken naar de manier waarop we werken. Daarom zoeken we een verpleegkundig coach die de zorgteams begeleidt en alle teams helpt om elk binnen twee tot drie maanden zelfstandig en zelfverzekerd te werken volgens een vaste structuur. Kern van de functie Als verpleegkundig coach begeleid je de zorgteams in de overgang naar het nieuwe werken op hun eigen, vernieuwde etage samen met een collega coach. Je bouwt mee aan een transitie afdeling waarbij je met elk team van Overrhyn intensief samenwerkt gedurende een periode van twee tot drie maanden. In die periode coach je het team op de werkvloer, leer je nieuwe werkwijzen aan en help je hen om zelfstandig en met vertrouwen te werken binnen de vernieuwde structuur. Daarbij worden ook de bestaande werkwijzen meer eigen gemaakt en wordt de dagelijkse structuur versterkt. Na deze periode ga je met het volgend zorgteam aan het werk, dat hetzelfde traject doorloopt op dezelfde plek. Je rol is coachend, observerend en richtinggevend. Je kijkt mee op de werkvloer, stelt vragen, helpt collega's verbanden te leggen en stimuleert het team om samen te leren en te ontwikkelen.
