Jouw taken binnen onze organisatie kunnen bestaan uit: Het geven van verpleegkundige zorg, het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige vaardigheden, het stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt/patiënt, het onderhouden van contacten met andere zorgverleners, opstellen en bijhouden van het zorgplan/elektronisch verpleegkundig dossier, het geven van advies en instructie aan de zorgvrager en/of mantelzorger, het coördineren van zorg en bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van zorg. Afhankelijk van je studiejaar en de zorgvraag van de cliënt/patiënt, zijn bovenstaande werkzaamheden onderdeel van je stage: Wij vragen: Betrokkenheid bij de cliënten en het hebben van goede sociale vaardigheden en inlevingsvermogen naar de cliënten toe.
