HBO Verpleegkundige Regio West-Brabant Uren in overleg Hier ga je werken Bij SDW ondersteun je mensen met een verstandelijke beperking of ontwikkelingsachterstand bij leven, leren, werken, wonen en vrije tijd. Samen werken we aan een goed leven voor de cliënt, goed werk voor medewerkers en een gezonde organisatie. "Zelfstandig waar mogelijk, samen waar nodig." Als HBO-verpleegkundige maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Behandeling. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair netwerk van verpleegkundigen, gedragsdeskundigen, artsen, paramedici en andere specialisten. Samen zetten jullie je in voor passende zorg en ondersteuning voor cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Ons medisch team, bestaande uit vier verpleegkundigen, een basisarts, een verpleegkundig specialist, een doktersassistent en een medisch coördinator, is gespecialiseerd in complexe gezondheidsvraagstukken bij mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. We adviseren zowel over de behandeling van cliënten als over beleid rondom hun gezondheid. Wat ons bijzonder maakt? De informele en collegiale werksfeer waarin open discussies plaatsvinden zonder de samenwerking te verstoren. De sterke band binnen ons team en met externe zorgpartners zorgt voor veel werkplezier.
