Heb je daarnaast minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een functie op hbo niveau? En heb je (stiekem) altijd al als verpleegkundige in de zorg willen werken, of is dit een recent ontstane droom? Dan is het zij-instroomtraject van Switch to Care vast iets voor jou! We hebben last minute één plek vrij vanwege uitval. De functie Switch to Care biedt jou de kans om je om te scholen tot hbo verpleegkundige. Binnen 2,5 jaar ben je volledig opgeleid op onze kosten, werk je in een zorginstelling én verdien je vanaf de start van je opleiding salaris. Dit verkorte leerwerktraject is speciaal voor hbo- en wo-professionals met minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring. Tijdens het traject werk je 32 uur per week bij één van de deelnemende ziekenhuizen en GGZ klinieken in de regio Rotterdam/Rijnmond, inclusief opleidingsdagen. Franciscus is dus een van de deelnemende organisaties. De theorie volg je aan de Breederode Hogeschool in Rotterdam . Tijdens het leer-werktraject zie je verschillende afdelingen. Je salaris wordt bepaald op basis van het aantal jaren werkervaring en valt binnen FWG 40 volgens de cao GGZ of Ziekenhuizen. Wij vragen Je komt in aanmerking voor Switch to Care als je: - Een afgeronde hbo bachelor of wo master hebt en minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring op hbo niveau. - Bereid bent om onregelmatige diensten te werken (avonden, nachten, weekenden, feestdagen). - Deelneemt aan een kort voortraject ter voorbereiding op de opleiding. - Een VOG kunt overleggen en beschikt over de benodigde vaccinaties vóór indiensttreding. - Tijd investeert in huiswerk en studie naast je werk.
