Daarbij sta je er nooit alleen voor je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams, die uitblinken in collegialiteit en deskundigheid. Het mooie werk dat je doet Als hbo-verpleegkundige kun je aan de slag op verschillende de organisatie-vestigingen, waar je gezinsgerichte hulp biedt aan kinderen, jongeren en hun gezin met diverse psychische problemen en/of verslavingsproblemen. Je draagt bij aan het opzetten van het behandelplan, verleent somatische en psychische zorg, coördineert het zorgproces en werkt met de kinderen, jongeren en hun gezin aan de behandeldoelen. Jij, je collega s en ketenpartners bundelen jullie expertise om de beste zorg te bieden en erger te voorkomen. Daarnaast: - geef je psycho-educatie en overleg je met bijvoorbeeld school; - draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van herstelondersteunende zorg vanuit een systemische visie; - maak je gebruik van trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden tot bijvoorbeeld verpleegkundig specialist.
