Dan willen we je graag leren kennen!DitDit ga je doenOp onze locatie aan de Max Euwelaan in Rotterdam-Kralingen bieden we gespecialiseerde,herstelgerichte zorg aan mensen met een bipolaire stoornis en complexe psychiatrischeproblematiek. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het stabiliseren van cliënten wanneer het écht nodig is.Ons pand is geopend van 07.00 tot 19.00 uur, waardoor flexibel werken vanzelfsprekend is.Binnen ons Intensief Specialistisch Programma Bipolaire Stoornissen (ISP) bouwen we dagelijksaan herstel, stabiliteit en perspectief. Onze norm is duidelijk: "jouw cliënt is mijn cliënt." We doenhet samen en werken met evidence-based behandelmethoden, zoals psychotherapie, VERS enSRT.We zijn een opleidingsgericht team en begeleiden AIOS en VIOS. Vanaf september starten we ookmet de begeleiding van een hbo-verpleegkundige. Jij levert hierin een bijdrage via werkbegeleiding,samen met de verpleegkundig specialist.De sfeer is open en betrokken: we werken hard, maar er is ook ruimte voor humor. Je komt terechtin een hecht multidisciplinair team van psychiaters, SPV'ers, VS'en en ANIOS'en, waarin wesamen zorgen voor een veilige en professionele omgeving.Als hbo-verpleegkundige richt jij je vooral op (crisis)behandeling en stabilisatie en vervul je eenonmisbare rol binnen het team.Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: opstellen van crisissignaleringsplannen samen met cliënten en naasten;l uitvoeren van (spoed)intakes;l toepassen van crisisinterventies volgens de crisismodule;l monitoren en opvolgen van lithiumprotocollen en andere stemmingstabilisatoren;l bijhouden en actualiseren van cliëntdossiers;l actieve deelname aan MDO'...
