Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste hbo-verpleegkundige die samen met ons wil bouwen aan zorg van hoge kwaliteit! Dit ga je doen Als hbo-verpleegkundige op de HIC sta jij in het hart van de acute psychiatrische zorg. Je combineert kennis en vaardigheden uit de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (ggz) met een mensgerichte aanpak en neemt de regie in complexe zorgsituaties. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je aan herstelgerichte zorg. Je werkzaamheden: - coördineren van zorgtrajecten en plannen van interventies, zoals motiverende gespreksvoering, het aanbieden van ondersteunende gesprekken en het bieden van structuur en veiligheid; - signaleren en analyseren van complexe problematiek. Op een HIC zie je een grote verscheidenheid aan ziektebeelden in hun acute fase. Jij als expert observeert gedrag en crisisontwikkeling en bespreekt dit binnen het multidisciplinaire team; - fungeren als aanspreekpunt en stimulans voor collega's in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - actief bijdragen aan beleid en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen de afdeling. Je denkt mee in team- en behandelprocessen, neemt deel aan werkgroepen en bouwt mee aan hoogstaande zorg; - herstelgericht werken binnen een gesloten afdeling, met oog voor de autonomie van de patiënt en een minimale inzet van dwangtoepassingen. Dit ben jij - je hebt de opleiding HBO-V afgerond en bent BIG-geregistreerd; - je hebt ervaring of een sterke interesse in acute psychiatrische zorg; - je bent proactief, communicatief vaardig en besluitvaardig; - je kunt goed omgaan ment stress en bent...
