In deze meewerkend‑leidinggevende rol ben je dagelijks aanwezig in de lijnen en fungeer je als rechterhand van de Shift Manager. Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesdiscipline, stuurt operators aan en zorgt dat afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd, opgevolgd en opgelost. Jouw rol Als HE Foreman ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je werkt actief mee in het proces, houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van werkzaamheden en zorgt dat basisroutines en kwaliteitscontroles consequent worden nageleefd. Je ondersteunt de Shift Manager, neemt taken over bij afwezigheid en speelt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren en oplossen van structurele problemen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Veiligheid & procesdiscipline - Toezien op veiligheid en medewerkers actief aanspreken op onveilig gedrag. - Controleren of operators werkzaamheden correct, veilig en volgens instructies uitvoeren. - Uitvoeren van steekproeven op basisroutines. - Monitoren van dagelijkse routines en opvolgen van kritische fouten. Kwaliteit & afkeurbeheer - Eerste aanspreekpunt bij afkeur en beoordelen van afwijkingen. - Opschalen van afwijkende situaties naar de Shift Manager of dagdienst wanneer nodig. - Onderzoeken van structurele problemen en bijdragen aan duurzame oplossingen. Aansturing & samenwerking - Aansturen van de HE operators, inclusief verantwoordelijkheid voor het functioneren, het voeren van beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprekken en het begeleiden van verzuim. - 100% aanwezig in de lijnen: meewerkend, zichtbaar en benaderbaar. - Shift Manager scherp houden door tijdig te signaleren, adviseren en ondersteunen. - Vervangen van de Shift Manager bij afwezigheid.
