Als Head of Repair & Maintenance geef jij richting aan de internationale strategie op het gebied van onderhoud, reparaties en service van onze verhuurvloot. Samen met jouw team ontwikkel je uniforme processen en standaarden, vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt ervoor dat deze succesvol worden geïmplementeerd. Samen met jouw team werk je aan het verhogen van de technische beschikbaarheid van onze internationale verhuurvloot en het verder professionaliseren van de Repair & Maintenance-organisatie. Je stuurt op KPI's zoals vloot beschikbaarheid, servicelevels, onderhoudskosten en warranty performance van 27 landen. Op basis van data en analyses initieer je verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere organisatie, lagere operationele kosten en een hogere beschikbaarheid van onze vloot. Je geeft leiding aan een van verschillende specialisten en werkt nauw samen met de Director Fleet Uptime, Fleet Uptime collega's, de Landen Organisaties Leveranciers en andere strategische partners. Je weet uiteenlopende belangen samen te brengen, creëert draagvlak voor verandering en bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige Repair & Maintenance-organisatie.
