De functie Als Head of Product ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productstrategie, productontwikkeling en de vertaling van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete technische en functionele oplossingen. Je vormt de schakel tussen business, product en development. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productvisie duidelijk is, prioriteiten worden gesteld en developmentteams gericht kunnen werken aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het platform. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze rol is het leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van een team van developers . Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor wat er gebouwd wordt, maar ook voor een professionele manier van samenwerken, prioriteren en leveren. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders binnen de organisatie en hebt voldoende technische affiniteit om inhoudelijke gesprekken met engineers en developers te voeren.
