Head of Parts & Solutions Full Time Emmeloord Functieomschrijving Als Head of Parts & Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei en prestaties van onze Solutions organisatie. Je stuurt de afdelingen Contractbeheer, Training & Consultancy, Parts en Logistiek aan en werkt nauw samen met Sales, Service, Marketing en Business Development. Als lid van het managementteam draag je bij aan de strategische ontwikkeling van SMT Nederland. Je combineert een sterke commerciële focus met een vernieuwende blik op dienstverlening, klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen.je neemt collega's. teams en stakeholders mee in nieuwe initiatieven, zodat zowel je businesssegmenten als de organisatie zich verder ontwikkelen. Centraal in deze rol staat het vergroten van de klantwaarde gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van machines, met onderscheidende service oplossingen, sterke klantrelaties een een aftersalestrategie gericht op de toekomst. Waarom deze rol? Deze functie is een sleutelrol binnen SMT. Je bouwt verder aan een sterk aftersalesbedrijf, creëert commerciële kansen, ontwikkelt medewerkers en draagt als MT lid direct bij aan de toekomst van de organisatie.
