We groeien, hebben grote ambities en zoeken een Head Category Management die onze vier productcategorieën naar een hoger niveau tilt. Wat ga je doen? Als Head Category Management ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële prestaties, ontwikkeling en groei van onze vier productcategorieën. Iedere categorie kent zijn eigen uitdagingen en kansen: - Bloemen: Onze grootste en belangrijkste categorie. Jij zorgt dat we onze sterke marktpositie behouden en verder uitbouwen, met oog voor assortiment, kwaliteit, marge en klanttevredenheid. - Geschenken: Hier ligt een enorme groeikans. Jij ontwikkelt een scherpe strategie om deze categorie fors te laten groeien, nieuwe marktkansen te benutten en ons assortiment onderscheidend te maken. - Fruit en taarten: Twee kleinere categorieën waarin jij kansen identificeert om het aanbod, de winstgevendheid en de commerciële prestaties verder te verbeteren. Je geeft leiding aan eenteam van 6 collega's en weet hen te inspireren, ontwikkelen en mee te nemen in jouw plannen. Je bent zowel strateeg als doener . Je denkt vooruit, maakt scherpe keuzes en vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen naar concrete acties.
