DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Koordination und Leitung des Küchenteams, Personalverantwortung für alle Mitarbeiter der Küche und Reinigung

* Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft

* Küchenöffnungszeiten von 11:30 - 18:00

* Dienstplanerstellung und Urlaubsplanung

* Warenbestellung - / Kontrolle und Lagerung, Rezeptkalkulationen, Inventur

* Entwicklung und Anpassung von Menüs für diverse Veranstaltungen wie Messen, Kongresse, Buffets und Galas mit einer hohen Anzahl an Gästen

* Organisation und Durchführung der Küchenoperationen bei großen Veranstaltungen - Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe

* Kundenorientiertes und verkaufsförderndes Handeln und Verhalten

* Verantwortungsvolle Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen

* Eine fundierte, abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Praxis im Küchenbereich in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Hohes persönliches Engagement und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Kreativität bei der Erstellung neuer Gerichte und der Speisekartengestaltung

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und freundliches Auftreten

* Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Bruttomonatsgehalt Vollzeitbasis €2.700

* Die endgültige Einstufung erfolgt anhand objektiver, geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien wie Berufserfahrung, Verantwortungsbereich und Qualifikation

* Geregelte Arbeitszeiten zwischen 08:30 - 18.30 Uhr, 5 Tage Woche

* Nach Absprache kann es gelegentlich zu Arbeitseinsätzen am Abend kommen
