Voor onze klant, een familiale KMO en productieomgeving te regio Desteldonk, zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on Head of Accountant. Deze rol biedt de mogelijkheid om, naast Accounting A tot Z, beetje bij beetje de Finance Director te ontlasten in zijn takenpakket en binnen vijf jaar officieel de titel van FD op te nemen. Een unieke kans dus met duidelijk groeipad.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol kom je terecht in een familiaal team bestaande uit een AP/AR Accountant, de Head of Accountant die we zoeken en de Finance Director. Als Head of Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Bij ziekte of verlof van AP/AR Accountant spring je bij daar waar nodig.
  • Periodieke afsluit.
  • BTW-Aangifte.
  • Vennootschapsbelastingen.
  • Jaarrekening.
  • Contact met Auditors.
  • Ad hoc taken.
  • Directe rapportering naar de Finance Director.
  • Indien interesse is er de mogelijkheid om de FD te helpen met taken zoals controlling of payroll.
  • Bovendien is er de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk aan meer en meer bij te leren en binnen vijf jaar de rol van Finance Director over te nemen. Enkel en alleen indien gewenst.
  • ....
  • Je beschikt minstens over een Bachelor Accountancy en Fiscaliteit.
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding A tot Z met een analytische mindset.
  • KMO-mentaliteit: hands-on, down-to-earth, pro-actief en doener.
  • Je bent dynamisch en trekt zaken naar je toe om te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.
  • Kortom, iemand die weet van aanpakken.
