Onze klant is een gevestigde en groeiende organisatie met een professionele backoffice-omgeving en een sterke focus op kwaliteit, compliance en duurzame samenwerking.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Head of Accounting (m/v/x):

  • Je bent vanuit de backoffice eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële en administratieve verwerking.
  • Je organiseert maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een correcte financiële administratie.
  • Je volgt credit & collection kort op en houdt overzicht op openstaande posten.
  • Je stelt jaarrekeningen op en ondersteunt een correcte periodieke en jaarlijkse rapportering.
  • Je bereidt fiscale aangiftes voor en zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte indiening.
  • Je optimaliseert boekhoudprocessen en systemen om de werking efficiënter en kwalitatiever te maken.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met auditors, belastinginstanties en externe accountants en stuurt deze partijen doelgericht aan.
  • Je stelt commerciële contracten op, reviewt en optimaliseert ze in samenspraak met de business, externe juristen en je team.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte inrichting van contractbeheer in de gebruikte tools, met MS Dynamics Business Central als belangrijk uitgangspunt.
  • Je waakt over afspraken, looptijden, deadlines en prijsafspraken binnen contracten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat cijfers en contracten correct verwerkt worden en in lijn zijn met de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je verzekert een conforme werking volgens de vooropgestelde governance en interne richtlijnen.
  • Je stuurt en coacht het Finance & Admin-team van 5 collega's aan.
  • Je houdt je team betrokken bij de kernactiviteiten van de organisatie en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere de Business Analyst, Compliance Officer, controller en verantwoordelijken van verschillende business units.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een sterke ervaring binnen accounting en financiële administratie.
  • Je combineert financiële expertise met inzicht in contractmanagement en administratieve processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen, fiscaliteit en compliance.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail, deadlines en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet financiële en businessinzichten helder te vertalen naar werkbare afspraken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne en externe stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je bent sterk in het coördineren van processen en het aansturen van een team.
  • Je neemt ownership en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een brede en verantwoordelijke rol.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar samenwerking, governance en continue optimalisatie belangrijk zijn.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen, waarbij kennis van MS Dynamics Business Central een plus is.
