Wil jij de financiële werking van een ondernemende KMO-groep mee in goede banen leiden? Als Head of Accounting regio Harelbeke neem je de boekhouding van verschillende vennootschappen onder je vleugels. Je bewaakt de cijfers, stuurt de financiële processen aan en coacht drie collega's.

De functie inhoud Als Head of Accounting regio Harelbeke neem je een gevarieerd en uitvoerend takenpakket op:

  • Bankverrichtingen en leveranciersrekeningen volg je nauwgezet op.
  • Maandelijkse afsluitingen, voorzieningen en financiële boekingen neem je zelfstandig voor je rekening.
  • Je berekent en verwerkt intresten rond cashpooling en intercompanyleningen.
  • Btw-aangiftes, intracommunautaire aangiftes en de jaarlijkse klantenlisting bereid je voor.
  • Bij de jaarafsluiting verzamel je de nodige informatie en bouw je het controledossier mee op.
  • Je volgt financiële instrumenten zoals straight loans, cashpooling en bankwaarborgen op.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt collega's en houdt samen met hen de planning en deadlines in het oog.

Onze klant Als Head of Accounting kom je terecht in een ondernemende KMO-groep regio Harelbeke met verschillende vennootschappen en een duidelijke focus op continuïteit en groei. Vanuit de financiële afdeling krijg je een breed zicht op de werking van de groep en werk je rechtstreeks samen met de externe boekhouder en bedrijfsrevisor.

Je maakt deel uit van een team waarin mensen elkaar helpen, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en graag vooruitgaan. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om je kennis verder uit te bouwen, onder andere via externe opleidingen. Voor de functie van Head of Accounting regio Harelbeke herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige achtergrond vormt een goede basis.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen de algemene boekhouding en kent de Belgische btw-regelgeving.
  • Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, net als discreet omgaan met financiële informatie.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op, maar vindt het minstens even belangrijk om je collega's daarin mee te krijgen.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Isabel of Bouwsoft is mooi meegenomen.
