* Team & Leadership: Du übernimmst die personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Führung für Accounting und Bilanzierung. Du förderst dein Team, schaffst Freiräume für Innovation und lebst eine moderne Führungskultur.

* Verantwortung für das Hauptbuch: Du stellst die Vollständigkeit und Qualität der Hauptbuch- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sicher und koordinierst die Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse (Salzburg AG & Tochtergesellschaften).

* Sonder- & Spezialthemen: Du bildest regulatorische und branchenspezifische Anforderungen (z. B. Unbundling, Spartenrechnung) ab und arbeitest an steuerlichen Fragestellungen mit.

* Prozesse & Transformation: Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Harmonisierung des konzernweiten Finanzwesens voran. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen gestaltest und optimierst du vorgelagerte Schnittstellen und Prozesse.

* Systeme: Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen IT-Landschaft (insbesondere SAP S/4HANA FI).

* Deine Zukunfts-Perspektive: Schrittweise Übernahme der Konzernberichterstattung inklusive Lagebericht und Einbindung der zukunftsweisenden Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung (ESG). Darüber hinaus bestehen weitere interessante Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Das bringst du mit

* Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium sowie idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, der Jahresabschlusserstellung und in integrierten Finanz-Systemen mit.

* Du bist eine empathische Person mit entsprechenden Leadership-Fähigkeiten und hast Freude daran, ein Team zu führen, etwas zu gestalten und voranzutreiben.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
