Wir suchen zum ehest möglichen Eintritt 1 Head of Accounting Was dich erwartet

Als Head of Accounting führst und entwickelst du die Finanzbuchhaltung mit Gestaltungsfreiraum, Klarheit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und trägst maßgeblich zum nachhaltigen Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Accounting-Teams mit Fokus auf Zielorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und individueller Weiterentwicklung

* Gesamtverantwortung für eine ordnungsgemäße Finanzbuchhaltung, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Gesellschaften sowie Konsolidierungen

* Sicherstellung effizienter und termingerechter Closing-Prozesse inkl. Fast-Close-Standards sowie Analyse von Abweichungen zu Konzern- bzw. Gruppenstandards

* Gestaltung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesse inkl. gezielter Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

* Systemverantwortung im Accounting inkl. Key-User-Rolle für ERP-Systeme sowie enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Controlling und externen Partnern

* Führende Rolle des Accountings in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten durch fundiertes Prozessverständnis und klare Setzung von Accounting-Standards gegenüber dem Business

* Aktive Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen im Accounting durch strukturiertes Change-Management, transparente Kommunikation und nachhaltige Verankerung im Arbeitsalltag

Womit du begeisterst

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Universität, FH oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in leitender Funktion

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (UGB, IFRS- und Steuerrecht von Vorteil)

* Hohe Prozess-Affinität, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
