Konnekt zoekt een gedreven Head of Controlling voor een Groothandel/Distributeur. Ontwikkel je vaardigheden in een stimulerende werkomgeving nabij Deerlijk.

Als Head of Controlling fungeer je als financiële sparringpartner voor het management en draag je bij aan de strategische koers van de organisatie. Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een pragmatische aanpak en vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Optreden als finance business partner voor directie en management, met financiële inzichten en strategisch advies
  • Coördineren van strategische planning, budgettering en rolling forecasts
  • Aansturen van de maandafsluiting en bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines en samenwerking met stakeholders
  • Ontwikkelen van managementrapportering, KPI's en financiële analyses ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming
  • Evalueren van investeringsdossiers via ROI-, NPV- en rendabiliteitsanalyses
  • Uitwerken en challengen van business cases voor investeringen, strategische projecten en M&A-trajecten
  • Ondersteunen van consolidatie- en groepsrapportering
  • Leidinggeven aan een controllingteam en stimuleren van verdere ontwikkeling
  • Optimaliseren van rapporteringsprocessen, controllingtools en financiële processen
  • Master in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting
  • Relevante ervaring binnen controlling, FP&A of finance management
  • Sterke expertise in budgettering, forecasting, reporting en performance management
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat financiële inzichten te vertalen naar businessimpact
  • Ervaring met investeringsanalyses, business cases en teamcoaching
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel; ervaring met BI-, ERP- en forecastingtools is een plus
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
