Wir suchen 1 Head of Controlling (all genders) DoN Office - Wien - Vollzeit

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams

* Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie die Finanz- und Liquiditätsplanung der Unternehmensgruppe

* Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Management Reportings sowie der relevanten KPIs

* Analyse der Geschäftsentwicklung und Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung

* Sicherstellung hochwertiger Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting

* Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases, Investitionsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen für neue Standorte und strategische Projekte

* Weiterentwicklung der Kostenrechnung, Reporting-Strukturen und Controlling-Instrumente

* Verantwortung für Financial Reporting, Governance-Themen sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)

* Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Förderprojekten und weiteren strategischen Initiativen

* Sparringspartner:in für Geschäftsführung, Management und Fachbereiche in sämtlichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder Rechnungswesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer leitenden Funktion

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Finanzplanung, Kostenrechnung und Management Reporting

* Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Reporting-Tools

* Erfahrung im Bereich Konsolidierung und Konzernreporting

* Sicherer Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

* Sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Management

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten

* Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
