Aktuell suchen wir: 1 Head of Core IT Infrastructure (all gender) Das sind deine Aufgaben

Bei ALPLA übernimmst du als Head of Core IT Infrastructure eine zentrale Führungsrolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen IT-Infrastruktur.

Du führst ein IT-Infrastrukturteam mit Fokus auf Netzwerk- und Datacenter-Services und verantwortest die strategische sowie technologische Ausrichtung der Domain. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du moderne, stabile und skalierbare Infrastrukturservices, definierst globale Standards und treibst deren Umsetzung im internationalen Umfeld aktiv voran.

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines IT-Infrastrukturteams mit Fokus auf Netzwerk- und Datacenter-Services

* Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter

* Stärkung moderner Arbeitsweisen sowie teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und technischer Exzellenz

* Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturdomain gemeinsam mit der Bereichsleitung sowie Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in konkrete Roadmaps und Prioritäten

* Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zentraler IT-Infrastrukturservices

* Definition und Weiterentwicklung globaler Standards und Plattformstrategien im internationalen Umfeld

* Förderung von Standardisierung, Automatisierung, Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit der Infrastrukturplattformen

* Enge Abstimmung mit regionalen IT-Verantwortlichen zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung globaler Services und Technologien

* Schaffung eines Umfelds, das Eigeninitiative, Veränderung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unterstützt

Das bringst Du mit

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams

* Erfahrung im Umfeld globaler IT-Infrastrukturen von Vorteil

* Starkes Verständnis moderner Netzwerk-, Datacenter- und IT-Infrastrukturplattformen

* Fähigkeit, strategische Zielbilder in pragmatische Roadmaps und Prioritäten zu übersetzen

* Fähigkeit, Menschen zu verstehen, Potenziale zu fördern und ein Umfeld zu schaffen, das Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und Weiterentwicklung ermöglicht

* Ausgeprägte Leadership-, Kommunikations- und Coaching-Kompetenz

* Freude daran, Teams weiterzuentwickeln und Zusammenarbeit aktiv zu fördern

* Offenheit für moderne Organisations- und Führungsansätze

* Fähigkeit, globale Standards gemeinsam mit regionalen Stakeholdern erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
