Niet als plan op papier, maar werkend op de fabrieksvloer. Bij Aspen API in Oss bepaal jij wat IT en OT de komende jaren gaan betekenen voor ons bedrijf. Op onze sites in Oss en Boxtel werken ongeveer 550 collega's aan actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten voor medicijnen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Je geeft leiding aan Digital Technology, de afdeling waarin IT en OT al zijn samengebracht. Je geeft leiding aan de teamleiders en specialisten van deze organisatie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Director of Operations. Er is bij Aspen Oss veel te winnen op het gebied van automatisering, en de ruimte om die stappen te zetten ligt er. Aspen Oss is onderdeel van Aspen Pharmacare Holding. Een groot deel van de IT-infrastructuur wordt gehost bij de holding of in de cloud. De OT-infrastructuur staat grotendeels on-site. De holding speelt ook een grote rol in bijvoorbeeld het zorgdragen voor het vereiste cyber security niveau Jouw taken als Head of Digital Operations & Technology zijn als volgt: Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de IT- en OT-omgeving van de site: van de bedrijfsapplicaties en de netwerken tot de besturingssystemen op de fabrieksvloer. Je bepaalt waar we de komende jaren digitaliseren en waarom, en je zorgt dat die keuzes passen binnen de GMP- en securitykaders waar we aan gebonden zijn. Je kijkt daarbij vooruit: welke technologie verdient een plek in een GMP-omgeving en welke nog niet. Vernieuwing is hier geen bijzaak maar de kern van de opdracht. - Je geeft leiding aan IT en OT, ontwikkelt de teamleiders en specialisten en bent verantwoordelijk vo...
