Een uitstekende opportuniteit voor een Head of Finance die een strategische leiderschapsrol wil opnemen binnen een innovatieve organisatie gevestigd in Vlaams-Brabant. Deze functie combineert financieel leiderschap, operationele excellentie en nauwe samenwerking met de business, met een directe impact op de financiële prestaties en de langetermijngroei van de organisatie.

Als Head of Finance bent u verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het aansturen en coördineren van de financiële, boekhoudkundige en administratieve activiteiten.
  • Het waarborgen van de naleving van boekhoudkundige, fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Het toezicht houden op de statutaire en geconsolideerde financiële rapportering.
  • Het beheren van cashflow, treasuryactiviteiten, financiële planning en werkkapitaal.
  • Het opstellen en analyseren van maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarrapporteringen.
  • Het verzekeren van de correcte toepassing van boekhoudkundige normen en IFRS-principes.
  • Het coördineren van fiscale rapporteringen en samenwerken met externe fiscale adviseurs.
  • Het beheren van relaties met auditors en andere externe stakeholders.
  • Het optimaliseren van boekhoudkundige processen, rapporteringsstromen en interne controles.
  • Het ondersteunen van strategische financiële planning en initiatieven rond cashgeneratie.
  • Het samenwerken met het senior management en financiële instellingen inzake financiële vraagstukken.
  • Het bevorderen van best practices op het vlak van informatiebeveiliging en gegevensbescherming.

Over jou :

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in Accountancy, Financiën, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je brengt ervaring mee vanuit audit, accounting of leidinggevende financiële functies binnen een industriële of internationale omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke leiderschaps- en delegatievaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
  • Je werkt efficiënt samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je neemt doordachte beslissingen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en prestatiegedreven.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams.
  • Je blijft effectief functioneren onder druk en strikte deadlines.
  • Je hebt kennis van budgettering, forecasting en financiële planning.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van corporate finance, P&L en kostenbeheer.
  • Je hebt ervaring met cashflowbeheer en financiële analyses.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IFRS en relevante boekhoudkundige standaarden.
