In Nederland werken we met ruim 200 collega's aan innovatieve projecten, met name voor de centrale overheid. Denk hierbij aan organisaties zoals het CBG, IND en 3RO . Ontwikkelen doen we samen Bij Netcompany staat jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling centraal. Vanaf de start word je gekoppeld aan een mentor die je begeleidt bij het stellen van doelen, het volgen van je voortgang en het verkennen van je loopbaanmogelijkheden binnen Netcompany. Vacatureomschrijving Als Head of Finance bij Netcompany Nederland houdt je toezicht op de volledige lokale financiële functie, van de jaarrekening, IFRS, belastingen en btw tot managementrapportages, commerciële finance en KPI-forecasting. Netcompany NL maakt deel uit van de bredere Netcompany Group. Terwijl Group Finance het financiële kader, de standaarden en processen bepaalt, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen hiervan naar de lokale context en voor het ondersteunen van de Nederlandse organisatie bij het nemen van goed onderbouwde financiële en strategische beslissingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het lokale leiderschapsteam, Group Finance en je collega-Heads of Finance binnen de Netcompany Group. Tegelijkertijd geef je leiding aan de Finance NL- en Office NL-teams en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze shared services-organisatie.
