W... 1 Head of Global IT Services & Support (w/m/d) Tasks

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT-Support-Organisation sowie Sicherstellung einheitlicher Service Standards über alle Standorte hinweg. * Steuerung der Support Performance anhand relevanter KPIs, SLAs und Service-Qualitätsziele zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität. * Standardisierung und Optimierung von ITSM-Prozessen, Eskalationswegen und Support Guidelines für effiziente und skalierbare Abläufe. * Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen, Automatisierungspotenzialen und AI-gestützten Support-Lösungen. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT Leadership, lokalen IT-Teams und Business Stakeholdern zur Ausrichtung der Support Services an den Geschäftsanforderungen. * Management kritischer Incidents, Service Risiken und Eskalationen sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Skills

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung globaler oder international verteilter IT-Support-, Service Desk- oder IT-Operations-Teams. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT Service Management, idealerweise auf Basis von ITIL, sowie Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen, SLA-Steuerung und Service Reporting. * Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence sind wünschenswert * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, KPIs zu definieren, Performance transparent zu machen und daraus konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten. * Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Standardisierung, Automatisierung und der Einführung digitaler bzw. AI-gestützter Support-Lösungen. * Starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich und businessorientiert zu vermitteln. * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung, Entscheidungsstärke und Belastbarkeit in kritischen Support-Situationen.
