Das macht die Stelle so besonders Strategische Schlüsselposition mit direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum und weitreichende Entscheidungsfreiheit Verantwortung für eine internationale Unternehmensgruppe Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und flexible Arbeitszeiten Langfristige Perspektive in einem stabilen Familienunternehmen Das erwartet dich Verantwortung für Finanzierung, Liquiditätsplanung und Cash Management der Gruppe Steuerung von Zins-, Währungs-, Kontrahenten- und weiteren finanziellen Risiken Betreuung der Banken und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Finanzierungsstruktur Verantwortung für das Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) sowie die gruppenweite Risiko - Governance Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Treasury-Teams Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Treasury-Prozesse in SAP S/4HANA Fachliche Begleitung einer möglichen künftigen Umstellung auf SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Mitwirkung bei Investitionen, Refinanzierungen, M&A-Transaktionen und Kapitalmaßnahme Das bringst du mit Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Corporate Treasury oder im Firmenkunden- bzw. Finanzierungsbereich einer Bank Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzierung, Liquiditätssteuerung und Risikomanagement Führungserfahrung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit Erfahrung mit Treasury-Management-Systemen, idealerweise SAP S/4HANA Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeitsweise Interessiert?
