What you?ll do * Lead the local Material Planning and Inbound Plant Logistics team * Ensure the availability of materials and production orders at the production lines * Manageme BOM Master Data in collaboration with Quality and R&D * Manage plant related material master data * Ensure adherence to production plan and the timely execution of production orders * Act as the Lead with Supply Planning Central Team to ensure synchronization between SC and internal logistics processes * Manage warehouse and internal logistics operations, including forklift management and material handling processes * Spend 50% of the time unblocking and improving eventual process inefficiencies.

What makes you a good fit * Create and implement the leanest value stream for material flow within the plant * Ability to set goals and metrics for all aspects of systems and processes related to materials flow and production fulfillment * Be accountable and follow up on operating budgets for labour and capital expenditures * Strong process knowledge of SAP production (MP), materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and planning systems * Proven leadership experience in Logistics / Supply chain etc.
