Ein Unternehmen im nördlichen Kremstal sucht: 1 Head of Integrated Management System (all genders) Ihre Herausforderung

* Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung "Integrierte Management Systeme" und dem engagierten Team mit 15 Mitarbeiter:innen

* Strategische und operative Verantwortung für Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltmanagement, Energiemanagement und Lebensmittelsicherheit

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung behördlicher Vorschriften sowie interner und externer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen

* Aufrechterhaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der Managementsysteme nach ISO 9001, 14001 und BRCGS sowie Einführung weiterer relevanter Standards (ISO 5001, 45001, 15378)

* Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Audits sowie Steuerung von Zertifizierungs- und Kundenaudits

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (zB. HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement/Integrierte Management Systeme im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Chemie-, Kunststoff-, Medizin- oder Lebensmittelverpackungsbranche

* Auditorenausbildung sowie EOQ Zertifikate QII, QM oder QB

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, analytische und risikobasierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Motivierende, umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke, hoher Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und Hands-on-Mentalität

Bonus), abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Für die Position ist ein Performance Bonus und ein Firmenauto vorgesehen.
