Head of IT - QWIC & AGU Amsterdam Noord | AGU & QWIC | Fulltime Bij AGU en QWIC geloven we dat vooruitgang begint met mensen die verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Mensen die niet alleen kijken naar wat er vandaag nodig is, maar ook zien wat er morgen beter kan. AGU kleedt fietsers aan sinds 1966, van het profpeloton tot de dagelijkse forens. QWIC ontwerpt bekroonde e-bikes die veranderen hoe mensen zich door de stad bewegen. Samen delen we een bruisend kantoor in Amsterdam Noord. Diezelfde energie vinden we belangrijk in hoe we samenwerken. We zijn een fris en hecht team waarin we elkaar kennen, elkaar helpen en samen vooruit willen. De sfeer is informeel en toegankelijk: je loopt makkelijk bij elkaar binnen, ideeën delen wordt aangemoedigd en er is ruimte voor humor en gezelligheid. Tegelijkertijd zijn we ambitieus en houden we van aanpakken. Dat geldt ook voor IT. IT is bij ons geen afdeling die op afstand opereert. We staan midden in de organisatie en zorgen ervoor dat onze mensen iedere dag goed kunnen werken. Tegelijkertijd kijken we vooruit: hoe kunnen we processen slimmer maken? Welke systemen hebben we nodig? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat technologie AGU en QWIC helpt om verder te groeien? Voor ons IT-team zijn we daarom op zoek naar een Head of IT . Een ervaren IT-professional die verder kijkt dan systemen en technologie. Iemand die eigenaarschap pakt, mensen weet mee te nemen en energie krijgt van zowel strategie als uitvoering. Je geeft leiding aan een klein en capabel IT-team voor beide merken, houdt de dagelijkse operatie draaiend en bent eigenaar van de ERP-agenda die AGU en QWIC naar hun volgende hoofdstuk brengt. Een rol waarin je niet alleen richting geeft, maar ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Half leidinggeven, half mouwen opstropen. Want juist die combinatie maakt deze rol interessant.
