Ben jij een jurist met ondernemingszin en people skills? Voor een groeiend, multidisciplinair kantoor in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Head of Legal. Het kantoor begeleidt ondernemers niet alleen met boekhouding en fiscaliteit, maar ook met juridisch advies, vermogensplanning en strategische ondersteuning. Alles vertrekt vanuit één geïntegreerde aanpak. Jij krijgt de kans om de juridische afdeling verder uit te bouwen en mee vorm te geven.

Jouw functie als Head of Legal Als Head of Legal stuur je een ervaren legal team aan waarbij je verschillende rollen combineert.

Je neemt zelf nog opdrachten aan en begeleidt ondernemers, aandeelhouders en families bij belangrijke juridische en vermogensbeslissingen. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de complexere dossiers van je teamleden en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team: je coacht en leidt juniors op, verdeelt het werk en bewaakt de kwaliteit van adviezen en documenten.

Daarnaast kijk je verder dan vandaag. Je ontwikkelt de visie en strategie van de afdeling, volgt de rendabiliteit en performantie op en zoekt nieuwe opportuniteiten om het aanbod uit te breiden. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega’s van accountancy, tax, M&A en CFO-services, zodat klanten een geïntegreerd advies krijgen.

  • Je denkt strategisch en bedrijfsmatig en hebt oog voor rendabiliteit, planning en efficiëntie.
  • Je vertaalt complexe juridische materie naar helder en pragmatisch advies voor ondernemers.
  • Je bent commercieel en relationeel sterk en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties met klanten.
