In deze rol werkt je nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen, daarbij krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, nieuwe ideeën te realiseren en zichtbaar impact te maken. Over ons Wij zijn een energiek en ondernemend bedrijf met een professionele en informele cultuur, waar initiatieven worden aangemoedigd. Het team bestaat momenteel uit zo'n 100 professionals en we groeien nog steeds. Samen zetten we ons elke dag in om het beste resultaat voor onze klanten te behalen. We zijn actief in Asset Management en Fund Management, zijn onafhankelijk en beheren circa €7 miljard aan vermogen. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent ondernemend, proactief, gestructureerd en weet mensen mee te krijgen. Je combineert creativiteit en resultaatgerichtheid met een sterke executiekracht en houdt overzicht in een omgeving waar veel initiatieven tegelijkertijd lopen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen marketing, communicatie of branding. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Ervaring met contentcreatie en redactie. - Affiniteit met digitale marketing en websites en online zichtbaarheid. - Ervaring met eventorganisatie. - Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden. - Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen. - Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en het verbinden van interne en externe partijen - Affiniteit met de financiële sector is een pré.
