die Marke nicht nur verwaltet, sondern erlebbar macht - analog und digital. In Showrooms, auf der Website, auf Social

Media, auf Messen, in Katalogen: mit Liebe zum Detail. Als Head of Marketing führst du unser Marketingteam in Götzens.

Du koordinierst interne und externe Partner. Du hältst die Fäden zusammen. Und du sorgst dafür, dass aus vielen

einzelnen Markentouchpoints ein starker, konsistenter PROLICHT-Auftritt entsteht.

AUFGABENGEBIET:

__ Brand Experience & Teamlead: Operative Führung des 3-köpfigen Marketingteams und Weiterentwicklung des Markenauftritts

__ 360° Touchpoints: Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Events, Showrooms, Kampagnen, Katalogen, Web & Social Media

__ Cross-funktionale Schnittstelle: Enge Abstimmung mit Product Management & Sales Support (Launches, Leads, Content)

__ Partner- & Agentursteuerung: Koordination externer Dienstleister von Kreation bis Messebau

__ Innovation & AI: Identifikation und Integration neuer Technologien & AI-Workflows

ANFORDERUNGEN:

__ Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Marketing / Brand Experience & Führungserfahrung

__ Starkes Gespür für Gestaltung, visuelle Qualität, Tonalität und konsistente Markenführung

__ Hands-on-Mentalität mit Freude an operativer Umsetzung im (B2B-)Umfeld

__ Hohe Affinität zu AI-Tools, neuen Technologien und modernen Workflows

__ Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
