Head of Operations Webfluencer werkt vanuit Amsterdam en New York voor merken als Rabobank, Philips, Bacardi, Toyota en Balmain Hair. De studio in New York is in opbouw en vraagt de komende jaren het grootste deel van de tijd van onze oprichter. Daarom zoeken we in Amsterdam één iemand die hier de dagelijkse leiding overneemt en de Nederlandse tak verder brengt. Interesse? Operations Leiderschap Delivery Groei Inhoud Wat je overneemt is een bureau dat loopt: 20 mensen, klanten die terugkomen en alle disciplines onder één dak. Merkpositionering, design, development en eCommerce. Dat is een bewezen formule: wat we ontwerpen bouwen we ook zelf, klanten komen keer op keer terug en de trajecten groeien met ze mee. Jouw werk is dat draaiend en gezond houden: de planning, de bezetting, de marges en de mensen. De beslissingen die daarbij horen liggen echt bij jou. Wie we aannemen, hoe we plannen, wat een project mag kosten en, samen met sales, welk werk we wel en niet doen. Het lastigste zit niet in die systemen, maar in de momenten waarop niemand het antwoord voor je heeft. Een project dat scheefloopt. Een klant die meer vraagt dan er in de planning past. Een collega die op de verkeerde plek zit. Dat soort gesprekken komt bij jou terecht, en meestal een week eerder dan iedereen denkt. Je doet het niet alleen. Er staat een directieteam om je heen met een Head of Design en een Head of Strategy, en daaronder de projectmanagers die de trajecten draaien. Met hen en met de eigenaar spar je wekelijks over de planning, de klanten en de knopen die je niet in je eentje hoeft door te hakken. Daarnaast werk je met onze eigen AI-tooling: voor projectmanagement, CRO en het geautomatiseerd bouwen van websites. Die tools schelen nu al uren per project, en jij bepaalt waar ze verder worden ingezet. De nummer 1 agency worden in Europa en de USA.
