Voor een ambitieuze en sterk groeiende speler actief binnen bouw, vastgoed en projectontwikkeling zoeken wij een gedreven Head of Operations die de organisatie naar een volgend niveau tilt.

Als Head of Operations werk je rechtstreeks samen met de oprichters en neem je een sleutelrol op in de verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en bewaakt zowel de realisatie als de dagelijkse werking van de projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van schaalbare operationele processen en structuren.
  • Opvolgen van operationele KPI's, budgetten, planning, kwaliteit en rapportering.
  • Bewaken van renovatie- en inrichtingsprojecten met budgetten van doorgaans €500.000 tot €1 miljoen.
  • Coördineren van aannemers, architecten, leveranciers en andere externe partners.
  • Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het operationele team.
  • Coördineren van de verhuuractiviteiten, waaronder beschikbaarheden, reservaties, huurderscommunicatie en praktische opvolging.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van onderhoud, herstellingen, schoonmaak, technische interventies en periodieke controles.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid, netheid en goede werking van de locaties.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van verhuur- en facilityprocedures.
  • Opvolgen van operationele kosten, meldingen, incidenten en facility-KPI's.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen op het vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Master in een bouwkundige, technische of vastgoedgerichte achtergrond.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring met renovatie-, bouw- of vastgoedprojecten en budgetopvolging.
  • Je hebt ervaring met operationeel management, facilitybeheer, propertymanagement of vastgoedverhuur.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers en het coördineren van externe partners.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met budgetten, planningen, KPI's en rapportering.
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een pragmatische en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en resultaatgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
