1 Head of Operations / Betriebsleitung (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben: * Du führst unsere Teams in Produktion, Logistik, Onsite-Montage und im Lehrlingsbereich (aktuell knapp 80 Personen) und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und Weiterentwicklung gelebt werden * Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Wertstrom - vom Wareneingang bis zur fertigen Montage beim Kunden - reibungslos funktioniert und Qualität, Duchlaufzeit und Kundenzufriedenheit im Mittelpunkt stehen * Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, bringst neue Ideen ein und entwickelst unsere Produktion mit Lean-Methoden, Digitalisierung und einer Hands-on-Mentalität kontinuierlich weiter * Gemeinsam mit Konstruktion, Projektmanagement und Einkauf planst du vorausschauend und stellst sicher, dass wir unsere Projekte erfolgreich und wirtschaftlich umsetzen * Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Arbeitsabläufe sicher, effizient und qualitätsorientiert gestaltet sind, und kümmerst Dich um konsequente Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagements sowie die Verbesserung unserer Arbeitssicherheit * Du bist Bindeglied zwischen Produktion, Management und externen Partnern - und schaffst es, Menschen zusammenzubringen, damit am Ende das gemeinsame Projekt im Mittelpunkt steht

Dein Profil: * Du bringst eine höhere, technische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Wareneingang und/oder Montage mit * Du kommst aus der Praxis, kennst den Produktionsalltag aus eigener Erfahrung und weißt, worauf es in einem projektorientierten Umfeld ankommt (engineering to order business, keine Serienfertigung) * Die Lean Management Tool Box, Qualitätsmanagement und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen sind für dich gelebter Alltag * Du denkst voraus, triffst Entscheidungen mit Weitblick und packst dort mit an, wo es notwendig ist * Du begegnest Menschen auf Augenhöhe und findest den richtigen Zugang - egal ob in der Produktion, im Management oder bei unseren externen Partnern * Du möchtest nicht nur einen Bereich führen, sondern gemeinsam mit deinem Team etwas bewegen, einen Unterschied ausmachen und jeden Tag ein Stück besser werden * Was sonst noch zu deinem Profil gehört: fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und eine Reisebereitschaft bis 20% für Lieferanten und Baustellenbesuche
