Als Head of People & Culture bij HarlemNext krijg je eindverantwoordelijkheid voor leiderschap, structuur en organisatiekracht in een omgeving waar AI en technologie de toekomst van werk hervormen. Dit is je uitdaging HarlemNext staat aan het begin van een volgende fase. Vanuit het nieuwe kantoor in Amsterdam Sloterdijk werkt de organisatie aan verdere professionalisering, een nieuwe architectuur en de toekomst van hun platforms. Dat vraagt om een People & Culture aanpak die meebeweegt met de ambities van de organisatie, met aandacht voor leiderschap, structuur, communicatie en samenwerking . In deze rol help je HarlemNext om de volgende stap te zetten. Niet door alles groot en corporate te maken, maar juist door pragmatisch te bouwen aan processen, leiderschap en samenwerking die passen bij een ondernemende techomgeving. Tegelijkertijd speel je een belangrijke rol in het behouden en versterken van de cultuur: een werkomgeving waar mensen zich betrokken voelen, elkaar makkelijk weten te vinden en met plezier samenwerken. Je richt je de komende periode op: - Het verder ontwikkelen van leiderschap, communicatie en samenwerking binnen de verschillende teams; - Het borgen en verbeteren van performance management , waaronder het gebruik van OKR's; - Het begeleiden van organisatieontwikkeling in een omgeving waar technologie en AI veel impact hebben; - Het behouden en versterken van de ondernemende cultuur , waarin betrokkenheid , eigenaarschap en werkplezier belangrijk zijn; - Het zijn van een stevige sparringpartner voor de directie, managers en andere collega's .
