* Strategische & operative Führung: Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit dem C-Level die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des People & Culture-Bereichs - von Zielbildern über skalierbare Prozesse bis hin zu modernen HR-Strategien in Employer Branding, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation sowie Office & Facility Management.

* Teamführung & Unternehmenskultur: Du motivierst und führst unser People & Culture-Team zu Spitzenleistungen und sorgst für eine starke Unternehmenskultur sowie eine exzellente Employee Experience über den gesamten Life-Cycle.

* Business Partnering: Du bist zentrale:r Business Partner:in für unser Executive Management Team und verantwortest die strategische wie operative Steuerung unserer People-Performance-Strategie.

* Prozesse & Budgetverantwortung: Du definierst und optimierst laufend abteilungsübergreifende Prozesse, verantwortest das Budgetmanagement und sorgst für eine vorausschauende Ressourcenplanung inkl. Gehaltsbändern.

* People & Culture-Strategie: Du gestaltest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer People & Culture-Strategie aktiv mit - im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen, mit Fokus auf Qualität, Stabilität und nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit.

* Organisationsentwicklung & Stakeholder-Management: Du arbeitest eng mit allen Head ofs und dem C-Level zusammen, unterstützt sie bei People- und Kulturthemen und sorgst für transparente, zielgerichtete Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.

Was wir von Dir erwarten

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich HR-Management, Unternehmensführung o. ä. (Universität, FH etc.)

* People & Culture-Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen HR-Management sowie in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von People & Culture-Initiativen und im Aufbau einer positiven Unternehmenskultur

* Arbeitsrecht: Fundiertes Know-how im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht, das du sicher in deine tägliche Arbeit einbringst

* Leadership: Du bist eine strategisch und analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit und bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit, z. B. durch Teamleitung, Mentoring oder Projektleitung

* Kommunikation & Ergebnisorientierung: Du überzeugst durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine sehr hohe Ergebnisorientierung

* Mindset & Arbeitsweise: Du bringst ein agiles Mindset mit, brennst für People Growth und packst gerne selbst an, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert

* KI-Affinität: Du interessierst dich für den Einsatz von KI im People & Culture-Bereich und bringst hier gerne neue Impulse ein

* Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
