1 Head of PIM (Productdatenmanagement) (m/w/d) Beginn: ab sofort, Vollzeit

Standort: XXXLdigital, Römerstraße 39, 4600 Wels

Aufgaben * Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision sowie der strategischen Roadmap für die PIM- und MDM-Landschaft

* Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung des PIM-Teams

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen Betriebs der PIM- und MDM-Systeme, einschließlich Release-, Rollout- und Lifecycle-Management

* Priorisierung von Initiativen, Features und technischen Weiterentwicklungen auf Basis von Business Value, Datenqualität und strategischer Unternehmensziele

* Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Produktdatenprozessen durch Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung

* Abstimmung der strategischen Roadmap, Kapazitäten und Prioritäten mit relevanten Stakeholdern sowie aktive Unterstützung der unternehmensweiten Digitalstrategie

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistik und weiteren Bereichen zur Optimierung durchgängiger Produktdatenprozesse

* Definition, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter KPIs in den Bereichen Datenqualität, Prozesseffizienz sowie Time-to-Market

* Identifikation und strategische Nutzung von KI-Potenzialen zur Weiterentwicklung der PIM- und MDM-Landschaft

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung externer Implementierungs- und Technologierpartner

Qualifikationen * Nachweisliche Expertise in der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder dem Betrieb von Product Information Management (PIM)-Lösungen sowie idealerweise im Master Data Management (MDM)-Umfeld

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Produkt-, Projekt- oder Anforderungsmanagement im agilen Umfeld gepaart mit zielorientierter hands on-Mentalität

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktdatenprozesse, Datenqualität und Systemintegrationen

* Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Roadmaps sowie in der Priorisierung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Anforderungen

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Kompetenz gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen

* Unternehmerisches, KPI-orientiertes Denken sowie lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Software- und Implementierungspartnern
